Hot forging technology

Nakano Forging, using its unique hot forging technology and wide-ranging knowledge of the characteristics of brass, copper and aluminum, has been supplying products of high accuracy and high quality for years. In the process we have achieved a wealth of experience in various applications. Our factory is fully equipped with an integrated production system consisting of a continuous process from hot forging through to metal processing, which allows for smooth, rapid, stable and effective production of forged products.

Hot forging requires mold design and mold maintenance capabilities to maintain and improve accuracy. We are proud and confident of the high reproducibility and quality of our molds. Our sophisticated capability to control molds and press operation at our Kannabe factory ensures continuing high product dimension accuracy, which stabilizes chucking in machining and allows for enhanced repeatability in each production lot. This has won us strong support from a great number of customers in Japan, and has enabled us to maintain a steady supply of products.
